Depending on the scope of work, projects may take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days, to 3+ months to complete. Hello Foxcroft is entirely committed to working with you to meet your deadlines and business needs, and thus we are always considerate of client timelines. All times are dependent on client response time, revisions, and our current booking schedule.
1. Consultation (Exploration)
Like any relationship, it all starts with a first date to make sure we're a perfect fit for one another! After your initial inquiry, we will set up an informal (and non-binding) phone or video call where I will ask you some questions regarding your business needs. This step will give us both a chance to get to know one another and make sure we are a good fit. Thereafter I will have you fill out our brand questionnaire (if necessary) to help ensure I can provide you with a detailed quote.
2. Booking & Scheduling (Investing)
If we hit it off and discover we are a perfect match (hooray!), we will put together a formal proposal for our project together and send it your way for signature.
3. Mood Board (Inspiring)
Now that we have established and finalized your inspiration board, we will then get to work on creating the cornerstone of your new brand. During this phase you will receive your second deliverable which will consist of a few unique design concepts designed based on the information given in the initial stages and your approved mood board. Once received, you will have the opportunity to review and request up to two rounds of revisions until your are completely pumped about your new branding design.
4. Polish & Deliver
This is where your journey truly begins (and where things get really get fun). We will pull in your lovely new logo, color palette and inspiration photos then add in your sub mark, logo variations, social icons, patterns, fonts and any elements into a full branding guide format. You will have a chance to review and request up to two rounds of revisions on your final board. Once your approval is received and final payment is made, we will package up your files and send them your way via a convenient Dropbox link for download. Cheers!
